½ lb. ground beef
large bottle of spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
2 cups cottage cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg. lasagna noodles
8-12 oz mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef and drain well. Mix w/ large bottle of spaghetti sauce, water, and cottage cheese. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread a large spoonful of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place lasagna noodles across bottom of the pan; top w/ meat sauce and cheese. Alternate noodles, sauce, and cheese until all noodles are used; top with sauce and more cheese. Cover tightly w/ foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes. May be frozen before it is cooked.
