Aunt Kris’ Cheese Bread

1 loaf French Bread, cut lengthwise
2 cups grated cheese
Green Onions, chopped (Optional)
Mayonnaise

Combine mayo w/ cheese until you have a spread able consistency. Add chopped onions and spread over both halves of French bread. Put both halves on a baking sheet and bake @ 350 until the cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Remove from oven and cut into pieces. Aunt Kris uses a pizza cutter.
