2 (10 oz) pkg broccoli stalks, cooked and drained
2 cups or more cooked, cut up, chicken pieces
Sauce: 2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 TBLS lemon juice
¾ cup mayo
1 TBLS melted marg
1 tsp curry powder
½ cup soft bread crumbs
Mix sauce ingredients together. Then layer in a 9X13 pan the cooked broccoli, the chicken, then the sauce. Top with about ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 20-30 min or until hot and bubbly.
