Chicken and Rice

1 large chicken breast-cooked & shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
chopped celery & onion-about ¼ cup each (optional)
(usually I just use dried onion flakes)
1 ½ cups uncooked rice

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cover w/ foil. Cook one hour at 350 degrees. This one is super yummy and super easy too!
