1 pkg. microwave popcorn
2 cups miniature marshmallows
8 oz. white chocolate
2 oz. milk or dark chocolate
Pop popcorn and remove all un popped kernels. You can use low fat popcorn if desired. In a large bowl add marshmallows to popcorn. Melt white chocolate and pour over popcorn and marshmallow mixture – stir to coat mixture. Pour out onto wax paper to set up. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over popcorn with a fork. Let dry completely. Break into pieces. I use white and dark dipping chocolate, but you can also use chips.
